The Loved Body offers small group fitness training sessions, or Bootcamp classes, as well as Personal Training sessions. Small group sessions combine the fun and drive of being in a group with the individual attention and professional help of personal fitness training. There will be elements of cardio in most of our sessions, and since I'm personally a huge fan of a strong core, ab exercises will always be a part of our Bootcamp classes. Aside from that, each Bootcamp session is different; there's a different muscle group focus from class to class - whatever the team wants and needs! Small group sessions offer the best of both worlds and a sure road to reaching your fitness goals!
As the owner and operator of TLB, I am very excited to share my knowledge of and passion for physical fitness and use my experience in the field with you. I have worked with all levels of fitness and all ages, both as an AFAA certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, and as Group Fitness Instructor all over the Boston area. Originally from Denmark, Europe - I came to the US with a passion for fitness as means to increase quality of life. Not just because we get fitter and stronger, but because of the community that comes with it. It is time off for ourselves, sharing with others the challenge and the euphoria of completing a challenge. I don't believe it is necessarily about being the fittest person in the room, it is about striving to feel like a better you every time you leave TLB - mentally and physically - for ourselves and for our loved ones. As hokey as it may initially sound, it is about loving ourselves! There is no cookie-cutter method used and you will never be thrown into exercises that we aren't sure you are comfortable with. We believe that fitness exercises can be fun, challenging, and result-driven without becoming a chore! We are ready to work hard for you!
